Prior-Beautiful-6851 It's totally correct. I had a friend that baked chocolate chip cookies, and called the ones without nuts, eunuchs.

Outside of all the ways that people measure language skills, the simplest way to categorize fluency is "Does it make sense?" Because honestly we all have language fails. Fluency isn't perfect vocabulary but the ability. to get the point across without people having to stop and ask what you mean ten times.

I get migraines too, and I forgot the word for "hungry" mid- migraine before! Imagine sitting there, speaking your native language, forgetting the word for "hungry" and having to just stammer out something about "need food" like a caveman.

"Eunuch process" is super clear, and plenty of native English speakers can't remember that spay is for female and neuter is for males. Plenty of native English speakers flail around and land on just saying "going to the vet"

instead of being specific so they don't have to admit they don't know the word... Nevermind that the gender-neutral term is "fixed", so those people have forgotten two full sets of terms.

You were perfectly clear and also quite hilarious. I hope your migraines are rare and your cats help you feel better.
